The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-13) vide which his claim has been rejected. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner is claiming promotion to the post of JE and respondent has rejected his claim on the ground that degree from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology is not acceptable till the final decision of this Court in LPA No.128 of 2023. The condition of approval of AICTE is required for the post of AE whereas as per order dated 03.07.2024 of the respondent, approval of AICTE is not required for direct recruitment or promotion to the post of JE. A Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 12.05.2025 passed in LPA No. 128 of 2023 and connected cases, titled as "Virender Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others" has set PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2025.05.16 03:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No. 7068 of 2025 -2- aside order passed by learned Single Judge. As issue stands settled in favour of petitioner, the respondents are required to re-consider claim of the petitioner.

On being confronted with the afore-cited judgment, Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana submits that competent authority would reconsider claim of the petitioner and pass a fresh order within two months from today.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the petition stands disposed of. The impugned order dated 12.12.2024 is hereby set aside.
