(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking directions to the official respondents not to involve the petitioner in any criminal case at the behest of respondent No.6-accused in various FIRs and further seeking directions to official respondents to give written notice prior 10 days, if the petitioner involved in any criminal case on the basis of disclosure statement of respondent No.6.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
