Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to reinvestigate the matter and to rectify FIR No. 36 dated 3.3.2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Laddowal, District Ludhiana City against respondents No. 5 to 9. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that despite the fact that the alleged occurrence had taken place on 2.3.2017 at 12.00 noon and resultantly petitioner was given push by respondent No.5, who was accompanied by respondents No.6 to 9 and as a result of that petitioner, who was carrying a child in the womb having 5-6 months of pregnancy, died on the same night and still appropriate action has not been taken and the matter requires re-investigation on that point. Her complaint dated 4.3.2017 (Annexure P3/T) remained unattended.

Criminal Misc. No. M-26115 of 2017 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana is directed to look into the complaint dated 4.3.2017 (Annexure P3/T) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
