AT CHANDIGARH CWP-7133-2026 Date of Decision: 23.04.2026 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to not to interfere in the peaceful ownership, possession, administration and management of the land and properties of Dera Bhangala, District Tarn Taran. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail his remedy before the Ld. Civil Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
