Learned counsel for the State of Punjab, on instructions from ASI Mahesh Kumar, has pointed out that last witness of the prosecution is to be examined on 05.04.2019.

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, learned trial Judge is requested to record the cross-examination of the last witness, namely, Jagsir Singh.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the trial is at the fag end and, therefore, no orders are required to be passed in the petition for releasing the petitioner on regular bail.

Disposed of accordingly.
