MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for setting aside the impugned order dated 09.03.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Mewat vide which the application for seeking re-opinion with regard to the injury on the person of Bharampal son of Sh. Sohan Lal has been dismissed. A perusal of the MLR annexed as Annexure P2 with the petition, clearly reveals that injuries No. 2 and 3 which were sustained by the complainant on his skull were opined to be dangerous to life. The injured Bharampal was examined at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjang Hospital New Delhi and even as per the Discharge Summary of the Department of Neurosurgery it clearly stands reflected that the injuries were hemorrhagic contusion with extradural bleed with skull fracture of left side frontal/ parietal bone. CRR-537-2021 (O&M) [ 2 ] apprised this Court that subsequent to the two injuries being declared dangerous to life an application was moved by one of the accused seeking re-opinion with respect to the nature of injuries. The Board of Doctors so constituted yet again opined the said injuries to be dangerous to life. In the circumstances, this court does not find any merit in the instant revision wherein the petitioner-accused is yet again seeking reopinion qua the nature of injuries sustained by the injured Bharampal in the occurrence in question.

Dismissed.
