AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.220 dated 08.10.2014 under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC, P.S Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that it has come to his knowledge that a bail application is already pending before the learned trial Court and therefore he prays for permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the same.
