(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 379 dated 19.11.2015, registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 363/366 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has referred to compromise deed (P-2) entered between the parties wherein it was agreed that the petitioner and daughter of the complainant would perform marriage and petitioner would perform all duties of an ideal husband. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have furnished their affidavits that they have no objection if F.I.R be quashed against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further informed that quashing petition CRM-M-27458 of 2016 is pending consideration before GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.12 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel on instructions has informed that police has no information with regard to the compromised entered between the parties.
Keeping in view the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties and petitioner and prosecutrix have decided to marry, this Court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed.
