(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 244 dated 20.05.2021 under SecƟons 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police StaƟon Division No. 5, Ludhiana and challan dated 02.10.2022. State counsel submits that the charges have been framed. At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoners wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file a fresh peƟƟon.
