This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 17.02.2026 dismissing the application filed by the petitioners under Order XXXII Rule 2 read with Order VI Rule 14 and Section 151 CPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that subsequent to the passing of the order dated 17.02.2026, the defence of the petitioners has been struck off and thus, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the present order as well as the said order. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

It is made clear that in case any such petition is filed, the same would be considered independently.
