Vide order dated 28.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellant and the respondent. As per the office report, both the appellant and the respondent remain unserved as they were not found residing at the given addresses. This is the only address of the appellant which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
