Learned counsel for the appellant states that the plot in dispute was transferred to HSIIDC in the year 2020 and they were duly informed about the pendency of the present appeal. However, none has come forward to pursue the present appeal on behalf of the HSIIDC nor any application has been filed by them for being impleaded as a party. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
