**** **** **** **** DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 28.01.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined investigation but no recovery has been effected. Admittedly, the arbitration proceedings are pending and the partners of the Firm have already given their affidavits before the Arbitrator that in case any loss occurs to MARKFED, the same can be recovered from the seller.

In view of the facts mentioned above as well as the allegations mentioned in the FIR which are matter of record and can be seen during trial, since the petitioner has joined investigation, the interim order dated 28.01.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
