**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the condition of interview for the post of Principal.

At the outset, learned State counsel has placed on record the notice dated 24.03.2023 issued by Additional Director (Academic), Directorate of Secondary Education, Panchkula. He, while relying upon the aforesaid notice submits that since the interview for the post is question, which was scheduled for 26.03.2023, has been postponed, the present petition has become infructuous. The relevant extract of the notice dated 24.03.2023, would read as under:- 'The interview for the post of Principals in Government Model Sanskriti Schools of the State, which was scheduled to be held on 26.03.2023, for been postponed till further orders, due to administrative reasons. The new schedule will be provided soon'.

CWP-6416-2023 (O&M) -2Since the interview for the post of Principals (impugned herein) has now been postponed, no interference is called for, at this stage.

Dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again in case he is still aggrieved, on issuance of fresh interview schedule, if so advised.
