(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the fact that both the material witnesses i.e. the complainant as well as the eyewitness while testifying before the trial Court had supported the case of the prosecution in its entirety, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition.
