(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 not to un-necessarily harass the petitioner by calling him to the police station time and again, without any reasonable cause, justification and without even following the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C., on account of false and frivolous complaints made by respondents No. 5 to 7, who are bent upon harassing the petitioner in illegal and unlawful manner, in connivance with respondents No. 3 and 4.
