Keeping in view the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, it appears that there is a family dispute between the parties regarding a property. As per the complaint filed and the inquiry conducted by the police, the petitioners were called to join the investigation. In these circumstances, this Court finds no ground to issue any direction. However, the petitioners are at liberty to exhaust such legal remedies as may be available to them for redressal of their grievances in accordance with law. 7.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
