(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.20 dated 14.02.2020, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh submits that pursuant to direction given by this Court on 03.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the order dated 03.06.2020 is hereby made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
