SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 13, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 04.08.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by petitioner No1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Kavita is 23.10.1993 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Ravi Kumar is 09.03.1991 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 04.08.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to

CRM-M-26138-2015 -2respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Karnal to look into the representation dated 04.08.2015 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation in his office.

However, it is made clear that this order will have no effect on the validity of alleged marriage of the petitioners or on any other civil or criminal proceedings instituted against them. August 06, 2015 (SURINDER GUPTA) Sachin M.
