(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 31 of 12.07.2015, under Section 406/498-A IPC, registered at P.S. City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Investigating Officer, has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and 28 tolas of gold is still to be recovered and the complainant is having the bills of making charges. However, there are no bills with regard to purchase of jewellery by the complainant side. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.08.2015 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to GAURAV ARORA 2016.10.27 15:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-26144 of 2015 (O&M) -2the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a surety of Rs.2 lacs before the trial Court within a period of one month. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
