This is a petition for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 25.7.2016. While granting bail learned Additional Sessions Judge has observed that during the course of investigation, recovery of car has already been effected from respondent No.2. The claim of the petitioner is that by granting bail to respondent No.2, the prosecution agency has been deprived of an opportunity to effect recovery of money from respondent No.2. I have considered the facts and circumstances of the case and I am of the opinion that respondent No.2 is not alleged to have misused his liberty. He along with Manbir Singh and Parambir Singh is alleged to have indulged in the act of extortion. Co-accused Manbir Singh and Parambir Singh have been granted the concession of regular bail. No ground is made out for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2.

Dismissed.
