(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.25 dated 01.03.2019, registered at Police Station City 2 Mansa, District Mansa, under Section 420 IPC. On 29.03.2019, following order was passed by this Court:

"Notice of motion for 24.07.2019.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. CRM-M-14328-2019 join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2)." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and that she is not required for any further investigation.

Taking into consideration the above submissions of learned State counsel, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 29.03.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
