The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0255, dated 13.08.2017, registered under Sections 120-B and 420 IPC at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that cancellation report has been submitted by the police. 3.
