***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.19 dated 13.04.2015, under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Rangar Nangal, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 07.08.2015:- " From the allegations in the FIR, apparently civil dispute is made out. However, without commenting on the merits of the case, it is directed that the notice be issued.

Notice of motion to the respondents be issued for

In the meantime, the arrest of the petitioners shall remain stayed subject to the following conditions:

(i) They shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required to do so.

(ii)They will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.

(iii)They will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police official. "

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Pritam Singh has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
