The present appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 03.01.2024, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana and the interim maintenance granted by the Court below be reduced on the basis of salary certificate dated 25.10.2023 (Annexure A-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that subsequently, the salary of the appellant is reduced and due to the said reason, he is not in a position to pay the maintenance amount as awarded by the trial Court, accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a fresh application before the trial Court for modification of the maintenance amount. 3.
