RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to ensure that petitioners are not unnecessarily harassed, humiliated and threatened by repeatedly summoning and detaining them in the police station at odd hours. Learned State counsel submits that none of the petitioners is required for any investigation or any other purpose by the police. Therefore, none of the petitioners would be called in police station. In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
