Fresh notices were issued to the parties as earlier counsel representing the appellants has since expired and the counsel earlier representing the respondents was elevated to the Bench. 2.

As per the office report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 were not found residing at the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant Nos.1 and 2 except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notice was sent. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 stand duly served. However, there is no representation on their behalf. Respondent No.4 was also not found residing at the given address. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
