(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-8) submitted to the revenue officials for updation of the revenue record pertaining to the ownership of the petitioner and for reflection of the same in the official revenue record in a time bound manner as per law. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed his representation dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-8) before respondent No.5 but no action has been taken on the same till date.
