The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 04.03.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the Office report, the appellants are stated to have been died. No one has appeared either on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellants. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
