The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to trace, secure and produce the petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 15 years. 2.
Vide order dated 13.03.2026, directions were issued to the official respondents to produce the detenue before this Court. In compliance with the said order, the detenue has been produced in Court. Upon interaction, the detenue has expressed her willingness to accompany her parents.

In view of the statement made by the detenue, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 4.
Accordingly, the custody of the detenue is handed over to the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue. 5.
The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 6.
