(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of criminal complaint No.3 dated 21.01.2016 registered under Sections 430, 427, 148 and 149 of IPC (Annexure P-1) pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Batala, District Gurdaspur along with all subsequent and consequential proceedings arising out of said complaint including summoning order dated 11.05.2017 (Annexure P-2). On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.11.2022, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners despite second call. It appears that petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present matter. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
