Kalu Ram. v. Jagmal Singh.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 2327 of 1997 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 28.10.2025 Kalu Ram ...Appellant
Versus
Jagmal Singh
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- Mr. R.S. Mamli, Advocate for the appellant.
*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has contacted the appellant who has stated that he is not interested in pursuing the appeal. So counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw his power of attorney. Request is granted. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.
In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.
Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
