      **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned action of the respondents whereby the petitioner was not allowed to proceed on Child care Leave (CCL).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been working as Lecturer/Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Political Science and posted at Naraingarh; that the petitioner is having two minor daughters and that the petitioner applied for child care leave from 01.03.2019 to 31.03.2020 (397 days).

Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by this Court, vide letter dated 23.04.2019 of the Director General Secondary Education, the petitioner had been granted Child Care Leave from 06.04.2019 to 31.03.2020 (361 days), AMAN JAIN 2023.02.14 17:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8441-2019 (O&M) -2which was applied by her on 24.01.2019. He, thus, submits that since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the present petition does not survive.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Since, the petitioner has already been granted the relief sought for in this petition, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
