**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to respondents No. 2 to 4 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind, vide order dated 7.5.2015 (Annexure P-3). After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his other remedies, in accordance with law. He also submits that direction may be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Jind, to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, as they are apprehending danger to their life and liberty at the hands of accused in FIR No. 130 dated 10.4.2015 under Sections 324/307/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Safidon.

Permission is granted.

However, in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the Superintendent of Police, Jind is directed that if the petitioner approaches him by making an appropriate representation within a period of one week from today, raising threat perception at the hands of the accused persons in the abovesaid FIR No. 130 dated 10.4.2015, he shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and decide the same by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner. The Superintendent of Police, Jind, is further directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of the accused in the abovesaid FIR No. 130 dated 10.4.2015.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
