(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.109 dated 16.10.2015, registered at Police Station Khuhian Sarwar, Tehsil Abohar, District Fazilka, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from ASI Hardev Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 08.08.2016 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 23.09.2016 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.
