(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to conduct proper and fair investigation in FIR No. 34 dated 29.06.2015 registered under Sections 324/323/341/506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sanaur, Patiala.

The FIR was registered only on 29.06.2015. No ground is made out for indulgence of this Court, at this stage. The petitioner has already filed a representation dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala in this regard. The instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-2) which he has already filed before respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala.
