RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents to expedite the investigation in case FIR No.167, dated 11.07.2022 under Sections 379, 447, 506, 511 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha District Patiala and also to arrest respondents no.4 to 5.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 23.01.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to look into the representation, dated 23.01.2023, Annexure P-3, and decide the same in accordance with law MEENU 2023.03.30 11:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
