(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to provide protection to petitioner and his family and take appropriate action in case FIR No.328 dated 01.12.2014 registered under Sections 302, 201, 148, 149, 120-B IPC at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran. Since State has filed untraced report twice, therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the instant petition pending.
