**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 19 dated 14.4.2017, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Women Cell, District Jalandhar. The matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Terms of the agreement have also been received. Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 20.11.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
