Petitioners have approached this Court, inter alia, for grant of ad-interim stay of the impugned order dated 19.12.2025, Annexure P16, passed by Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Chandigarh till the time appeal filed by petitioners is heard.

Concededly, petitioners have filed an appeal before the DRAT against the impugned order, which is pending. Counsel for the BRIJ MOHAN 2026.04.28 18:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-7273-2026 petitioners states that the Presiding Officer, DRAT has joined in the previous week and appeal is coming up for hearing on 28.04.2026. As the statutory appeal filed under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 is pending before Appellate Tribunal, Chandigarh, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
