"Vide order dated 24.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant No.1 stands served. Appellant Nos.2, 3 and 4 were not found residing at the given address.

Mr. Gaurav Rana, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and seeks some time to argue the matter. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Though an adjournment slip has been filed by some counsel whose name is not legible, however no memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of the appellants.

Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
