RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 72 dated 30.05.2018 registered under Section 61 of the Excise Act at Police Station Pasyana, District Patiala.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. In view of the above, orders dated 04.07.2018 and 01.11.2018, are made absolute.
