******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.178 dated 11.04.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 452 of Indian Penal Code(for short-IPC) and Sections 307, 397 and 201 IPC added later on, at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar. Heard.
Mr. Kuljit Singh Bal, Advocate, who is present in the court, has put in appearance on behalf of complainant/injured and filed power of attorney.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has since been amicable settled vide compromise dated 02.12.2017 and place on Jyoti 2017.12.05 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

Learned counsel appearing for complainant/injured endorses the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned State counsel submits that police has no information about the compromise.
Keeping in view the terms settled by the parties and compromise dated 02.12.2017, got thumb marked from the petitioners in jail, which have been attested by Deputy Superintendent of Jail, Amritsar, but without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. Petitioners Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi and Bikramjit Singh alias Bikka are ordered to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of concerned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, subject to following terms:- a. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
b. In the event of their absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioners shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel their bail bonds and surety bonds and proceed to procure their presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioners shall have to apply for bail afresh.
c. They shall not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.
