CRM No.28901 of 2016 Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the petitioner is an illiterate lady and she was not aware that FIR No.220 dated 26.10.2013 under Sections 498A/406/506/34 IPC had been registered against her husband and family members. Therefore, necessary averment could not be made in the petition. It was inadvertently mentioned in Para 4 of the petition that a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sirsa for registration of a case against the accused is pending. This application has been filed praying that necessary amendment in Para 4 of the main petition be allowed to the extent that proceedings in FIR

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 has solemnized second marriage on 15.07.2016 and a representation in this regard was submitted before the police authorities on 11.07.2016. However, no action has been taken thereon. It is submitted, at this stage, that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction be issued to the official respondents to look into the petitioner's representation and take necessary action. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the limited prayer addressed but without commenting or
