The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS seeking issuance of direction to the official respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-12) before respondents No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

CRWP-2732-2026 (O&M) -2representation dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-12) qua the threat perception filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and to grant immediate protection, if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioner, is perceived. It is being clarified that this order shall not be taken to grant immunity to the petitioner for legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by him.
