The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. On the previous date i.e. 10.05.2024 Mr. Rajinder Goel, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 and had sought time to get his instructions qua the remaining appellants as also to furnish fresh correct address of respondent No.3 and to implead the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4. The said order has not been complied with till date. 2.

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
