Counsel for the petitioners states that for the said relief, a detail legal notice dated 08.11.2017 (Annexure P-7) was served by the petitioner to respondent No.1.

Counsel for the petitioners states that despite an expiry of more than one year, no outcome of the abovesaid legal notice has been informed to the petitioners and the same is still pending consideration with respondent No.1.

Counsel for the petitioners further states that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.1, to whom the said legal was addressed, to decide the same by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
