The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.147 dated 23.12.2018 registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned State counsel has informed that in the instant case investigation is already complete and challan stands presented and the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for consideration of framing of charges. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed off and the petitioner is relegated to the Trial Court to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein at the stage of consideration of framing of charges.
