Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 305 dated 27.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station Hansi Sadar, District Hisar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court; more so, all the documents have already been taken into custody and as such, he be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.
