(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 34 dated 12.04.2018, under Sections 365, 376, 342, 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Mewat at Nuh, District Nuh, from District Nuh to any other District and also to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite having got an FIR registered as on date, no action has been taken thereon while also submitting that the application dated 22.05.2018 has also been filed before the IG Rewari range Rewari, District Rewari to take appropriate action on the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the present moment he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into Satyawan 2018.07.06 09:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Mr. P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that application dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P-3) will be decided within a period of four weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide application dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P-3), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
